Musical chairs at distributors
There have been multiple movements amongst kiwi vehicle distributors confirmed in recent weeks, with familiar names returning to prominent roles.
Wallis Dumper will return as managing director of Subaru New Zealand on August 9, from his brief stint at Yamaha.
Current managing director Graeme Woodlands is crossing the Tasman to a Subaru dealership in Melbourne.
Meanwhile Grant Smith, formerly of Giltrap Porsche, has taken on the role of general manager for Sime Darby NZ.
The role had been empty for some time, but since the acquisition of rights to Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep by Sime Darby last year the position has become important within the company.
At Holden, public affairs manager Chantelle Urquhart has left to join The Warehouse - no replacement has been announced yet.
