Difficulties for dealers selling finance
Dealers selling vehicle finance and insurance products may find it difficult to do so when the Financial Advisers Act comes into force later this year.

"Our view is that the legislation is capturing people - like car dealers - which it was never intended to do," says Ian Stronach, of the Motor Trade Association.
